This page explains every way to do it, including what to do if the form below does not work for you.
In the app: open Color Life, sign in, go to Profile, tap "Delete account", enter your password and confirm.
On the web: enter the email and password of your account below and confirm. This does exactly what deleting it inside the app does.
Email us at support@colorlife.in from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us the email your account uses. We will disable the account for you within 3 working days, even if the form or the app is not working.
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove something you no longer want us to hold.
Deleted: your name, email address and profile photo. Kept only where the law requires it, and only for as long as required: basic transaction or security logs that are not linked to your name once your account is erased.
Your account stops working immediately, on the app and on the web. Your name, email and profile photo are permanently erased from our systems within 30 days of your request, whether made in the app, on this page, or by email.
This page exists because Google Play requires an app that offers account creation to also let a person delete their account and their data from outside the app, and to say plainly what is deleted and when. The steps above follow that requirement.
