Last updated: 01 November 2026. This policy explains what Color Life ("we") collects when you use the Color Life app.
The app helps you find local businesses, see their products and services, and contact them by phone or WhatsApp. All business listings are added and checked by our team.
To run your account (including emailing you a code if you ask to reset your password), show relevant listings, keep the service safe, and fix problems.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see, in an anonymised and aggregated way, how people use the app's screens (for example, which buttons are tapped and where people get stuck), so we can fix problems and make the app easier to use. Clarity does not see anything you type into a password field. If you are signed in, Clarity is told your account's internal ID number only, not your name, email or phone. See Microsoft's Clarity documentation and their own privacy statement for how they handle this data.
When you tap Call or WhatsApp, your phone opens the dialer or WhatsApp with the business's number; the business does not receive your details from us. Our servers are provided by hosting companies who process data only for us. Usage analytics (see above) is shared with Microsoft Clarity for that purpose only.
Full steps, including what to do if you cannot access the app, are on our account deletion page. In short: your account stops working immediately, and your name, email and photo are erased from our systems within 30 days.
The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
